Hello We are looking for a Freelancer who is able to Program a Gambling Software based on C++ or Java for a new Gambling Website. It should also be possible to convert the Web based Software to ios and android app as well. Software description: We would like to create a Tombola Gambling Software based on buy tickets with a random number on it and every week at Friday the Software should open a World card and a random Number generator and choose depending on the number of Players up to 100 different random numbers from 100 to number 1 and for every number ticket there will be a specific price to it but everything looks to the Grand Price of course :) Because we would like to build a bit more strategy into it we would like to offer our Customers and Players the Chance of building "funds" or "pools" where the Players can choose where to invest their tickets instead of only buy for themselves. It should be possible to set up Password save "pools" or Public "pools" as well and if they choose between Private purchase or "pool" purchase if they will buy private only they could watch the number of the tickets in its account but when he will purchase a ticket within a "pool" the number should not be seen for relations to the other "pool" investors in the specific "pool" that everybody in that "pool" just know there are ..that many tickets in there from me because if one Price is won by a ticket from a "pool" the Price will be splitted between all investors in that "pool" so it make it very attractive to invest one ticket there and another somewhere else and as we said before there can a Group of people create as well a password protected "pool" to for trading friend or a community only. You could understand it like facebook groups some are open to public and other closed by Password for privacy. And as said before if the generator generated a random but always available key and found the Ticket with a needle it should show on the world card the Country of the winning individual and if a "pool" wins the Country of the Creator of the "pool" should be seen and whenever a new ticket is generated the needles should stay where they are until the end and rest there until one week later the next session will be played. There should be also no limitations on ticket purchases the more you will buy and seed into "pools" the bigger the chance to win. It should be a Very modern design that looks stunning and modern I hope you understand our needs it is hard to explain but for a first show up it should be enough but in detail we will discuss after selection. And the overall website should be a Gambling Website with payment processing and Account or better back office style for the Players and Customers.
