Get data from Ebay site - sales history

Hello I am looking to extract data for 30 days sold and 90 days sold data of the following URL.

I need an automated way to pull data from this page. I need to be able to do 2 -4 million searches/ day from URLs like this. The URL changes only with the item number at the end of the URL. You will face captcha problems.
I would also like to keep the proxy and server costs at 100 dollars/ month maximum.
Please let me know if you can accomplish this for me.
