To get my site to send hotmail

I have a website build and working fine But my email. When i send a email to [login to view URL] they do not get it at all. It is not in the junk mail can not be find it at all. Plaform is Yii 2 Which is similar to Code Igniter there are multiple controllers who do emailing probably SiteController has the actual function, or a Model not sure, but it should be easy to find thank you
