Help Automate Setup and Install of PHP Websites - SaaS

Hi there. I have a php website with a MySQL database that I can install on almost any host in about 5-10 minutes. I have the steps down to a consistent science.
There are only 2 files that need to be modified in the website files. A home URL in the config settings file and the database settings.
So I would need a script to create a subdomain folder or directory in the root, copy the files in there and change those two files. Plus, automatically create the subdomain or add on domain, ie [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]
That's really it. I have a VPS with WHM and CPanel.
