Implement Automatic Stock Tracking Using XML or CSV

So I have an ecommerce store selling gifts. One of my suppliers offers XML and CSV files and says I can add a Live Feed, so my site's stock level will match my suppliers stock level automatically.

I'm using WooCommerce on WordPress, self hosted.

Criteria to get 5 star review:

- "Link up" 100 of my woocommerce products, so their stock level is automatically matched to my suppliers stock level. Making the "match" once a day should be sufficient

- You MUST tell me EXACTLY how you implement this change. The job is not completed until this has happened
