The project is to modify PefexCRM software for our own use. You may find info about this PHP program from these links: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 。 Tasks include: 1，Add Service Section so that we could input different services with duration of each service, and their prices for sale. The purpose is to track services and their renew. 2, Modify Sales Section and change it to track service sales volume from tracing Project sales. Each sales person would input client info and service sales info, and accounting dept. would verify and confirm sales by checking money received. All sales would see their own current monthly sales volume and also past sales volume. Manager would view team's sales volume, and admin would view whole company's sales volume of each service and also total services. 3, Add commissions calculations so sales people would know how much commissions to earn base on own's monthly sales volume. Accounting dept. would pay commissions based on each month's sales volume confirmed. The software has membership and user base already, and only need to add something missed for our purpose. It would be better that you know this software or other CRM software so it wouldn't be too hard for you to modify it, and previous experience is not a must but a big plus for me to pick up right candidate for this project.
