Install LAMP server, ftpd, jquery, revolution slider for jquery, visual designer for revolution slider jquery

We use aws and need someone to install these on our aws instance and configure it properly:
LAMP server - We need gui for mysql management and admin if possible - like the gui in cpanel. Php ini needs some tweaks that we will let you know.
ftp server. Again we need gui for ftp server management and user creation and management - We need to restrict users to their home directory and land ftp users to their designated home. We should be able to assign any directory on the server as the home directory and should be able to create new directories if needed during the user creation and home directory assignment process.
The LAMP and ftp servers must restart automatically in case the server reboots.
Can we install cpanel so that we have gui for all services? In that case Do we need to purchase any license for the cpanel? How much does that cost?
What sort of access would you need to the ec2 instance? Would we need to create an admin user by ssh into our server and then give that user details fro you to login with admin rights using that user? Is there any other workflow?
