Install and setup a new theme on Magento

I will provide the theme for a website on magento 1.9 NOTE: Only Installing the theme and setting basic things is not sufficient. It will be customized as per requirement. Full testing should be done from developers end and any rendering issue on desktop or smaller displays must be corrected. This is a multivendor website so all pages and layouts have to corrected. Buyer account, seller profile, Product addition, cart, checkout etc. Setup a beautiful Homepage, header, footer, navigation menu, category page layouts, Product page layout, account and seller profile pages, cart, checkout, informational pages, redesign an already existing seller info page using new theme's pagebuilder so that it can be customized in future. Maintain consistency in color, design, fonts, alignments etc. Functionalities like category based commission etc has to be preserved. Only the design has to be corrected. MAX BUDGET- 8000INR - 130USD. No plugins or themes are required from developer so budget will not be increased. Do not bid if you want more. Must be completed in 7 days. Milestone will be released only after the work is complete. You will be preferred if you can complete at lesser cost and less time.
