I'd like to create a CRM platform for client & Staff management, finance, operations management, booking and reviews.

If you already have a system that cleaners (individuals) or cleaning companies can sign up, Customers can post their job tasks and these cleaners can bid for jobs or the customer can choose from our directory. Once chosen, the time gets booked, sms reminder sent to customer and contractor.
Before and after pictures, reviews on both customer and cleaning company/contractor.
The contractor: must upload documents before they get published. Documents such as police clearance, working with children card, working in Australia and Covid Certificate. Admin must check and once approved, system will send out notification. Upon successful application, they will be able to bid for jobs.
If they have been chosen for the job, the system automatically books the contractor and reveals details of customer. Calendar will show the booking. If the customer and contractor extend the time, they will key it in the system.
Once job is done, customer will review contractor. Admin can change the reviews at any time or choose not to publish. Contractor will review the customer as well.
System will calculate, sales revenue, profit/loss.. etc.
Is there anyway to prevent customer and contractor from working together and not using the platform?
