Parameters of Engagement This project is fairly large, the key importance here is that this project is not for a home guy who can code some stuff, its a long project and I am only happy to pay when I have the final project, as I have been burned on Freelancer before by people who cant deliver. That means no milestone payments. I do not expect you to reinvent the wheel, I am happy to have a series of open source applications tied together. This software is not for resale, so will be OK to use Open Source code for the core functions, and I would encourage that. It must be intuitive, and easy to use, and hosted in the cloud. My client can host it on our own servers. Reliable companies only should apply. You must be prepared to work with my client direct, and talk about payment with me. Functionality of Software Job Management The job management will be by lists and have a series of filters. Inventory / Manufactory Management The COGS must be able to be tracked per job, it should be easy to see where each product is coming from and the attributes of each, as value is added to that product then that cost should be attributed to that product. This then should shoot through that cost, invoice and client details to Xero via an integration. Automation You will be expected to reduce manual entry to its absolute maximum. These include but should not be limited to: Woo Commerce Link It must receive data from WooCommerce store and auto populate a customer data, job data, sale prices. Portals Have a portal for vendors to upload their costs, and view their jobs and update notes. Also have client portal for job tracking that can be embedded to the website. Push Notifications Send push notifications using an app similar to pushover to vendors and the users. Shipping Shipping data, automatically communicate with the couriers and have the labels uploaded to the software and instantly print out form one or two clicks. Customer Relationship Management Manage that clients relationship through the manufacturer process, and provide ways for the client to market to that client triggered by when they had certain jobs performed.
