outputs required is m3u playlists, JSON data, and support for stb's like LG and MAG.

the playlist must be downloaded only by previously authorised devices by mac or CPU ID, we will discuce on this later.

Licennsing per device is required, including how many number of devices and licensing duration is mostly yearly.
