I'm looking for a skilled developer to convert a JAR file, which is currently functioning as a utility tool in a desktop application, into PHP. This PHP version will need to be fully compatible for use on our Apache server. Key Requirements: - The PHP version must replicate the JAR file's functionalities exactly. - Understanding of both Java (for the JAR file) and PHP is essential. - Experience with Apache server setup and configuration. - Familiarity with utility tool design and development.
