Job Board with Assessment Features -- 2

Seeking an experienced programmer to work on a 3 month assignment-with longterm potential. Project includes modification and enhancements to current job board ([login to view URL]) to include aggregation features (job/people), multiple-choice assessments that require predictive algorithms and backend analytics, messaging/appointment setting capabilities, and database management features. End product will need to include mobile enabled technology for iphone and Android devices and product should be easily integrated into applicant tracking systems (i.e. Success Factor, Taleo, Resumix, PeopleSoft, SaaS...). Application will need to function on windows and mac operating systems. Successful bidders will need to submit a portfolio of relevant projects of completion and provide a project milestones/estimated timeline for completion (August 2016).
