need a freelancer for the development of complete property portal using OS Property Real Estate Extension, i have already bought the plugin and will deliver you the design PSD i am expecting a freelancer to deliver the following : 1. Develop Responsive Joomla based website using the OS Property component and its modules. 2 . modify the functionality of extension slightly . 3. work on revisions after completion. i have a fixed budget of $200 and i am not willing to pay more than that as component with all desired functionality is already provided. Best candidate will be selected immediately, payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% after 100% completion.
