Magento clear hosting error

I have been transferring several sites from one host to another. but this one is causing trouble. [url removed, login to view]

i have tried changing file permissions and .htaccess , but none of them helped me out.

for a expert , it wont take more then 10 mins.

please dont bid for money , i have only 10$. consider this as a help. thanks.
