Magento 2 Design Work

Hi i will do this points and finish it quickly : 1) Remove top link block 2) Cart and Login drop down menu style update to look like amazon/ava. (Should not affect the mobile design. Only web design) 3) Restyle and design product page (Design must also be responsive). Restyling to include Available sellers block and make offer popup. (Details in image file attached) 4) Cancel button on "My orders" page. if order has shipped, then button should be graded. 5) Hello, Sign in (Once logged in should be Hello, Customer Name) 6) Change/Update Make offer button to icon. Change "Make Offer" button to an icon on category and product page 7) Shipping & Payment Page theme header and footer not showing 8) Relpace Cart Icon to a New Cart Icon 9) If order is canceled or unsuccessful, item should remain in cart. Cart currently empties after order is cancelled or failed (Cancelled Payment Page) please send me snapshot of each point so it will be clear thanks Krunal
