Magento 1.9.3 QTY Increments does not work via Dataflow Import

Hi all, Using Dataflow Profiles - Import, I am unable to set QTY Increments. In my upload file, I have the following set for an item: use_config_qty_increments 0 qty_increments 25 use_config_enable_qty_inc 0 enable_qty_increments 1 However, when I do the upload, and I go and look at my products in Magento via export, it has use_config_qty_increments 1 qty_increments 0 use_config_enable_qty_inc 1 enable_qty_increments 0 It seems like Magento is completely disregarding these variables on DataFlow Profiles - Import. I am looking for someone that knows exactly what my issue is, and how to fix it. I will provide TeamViewer access to my computer with all required work portals open (Magento, CPanel, etc.) If you know how to fix this, please contact me with the words "I CAN FIX IT" in your message.
