Scope of Work will be as below :

• Stakeholders - Admin, Distributors, Internal Team (employee), End-users (like doctors and hospitals)

• Corporate details - Few pages

• Products: two main categories - (1) Gloves and (2) Masks - we will keep these scalable

• Multiple filters and criteria to search and shortlist the same, e.g. Thickness, Application, Grip, Colors, Sizes, etc.

• Admin -

• > To upload all data of products and specifications and inventory

• > Reports of sales per product

• > Reports of sales per distributor

• > Reports of sales per employee

• > Manage all content and data

• Distributors (AUTHENTICATED AREA post-login only)

• > View and search product

• > Distributors can place order quantity and quote only (price is already given offline to dealer)

• > Here products are available category wise (dynamic)

• > The order will go to an allocated team member to check price checking and quantity (means pre-validation facility to admin)

• > Dealer will also upload (weekly/ forth nightly/monthly)

• > Secondary Stock

• > Closing Stocks

• > Also dealer will get notification from the team for

• > Notices

• > Payment due

• > Offers

• > Event

• Team / Employees

• > RM is assigned for multiple distributors

• > Here each user can access orders of allotted dealers orders – to check and process further

• > Send notification to dealers as above mentioned

• > Update admin

• > Pending orders

• End-users (like doctors and hospitals)

• Search and View products

• Register and send inquiry for products

• Based on location or pin code will view the RM and Distributors close to him

• Other static pages with About, FAQs, Contact us, etc.
