Marketing System for use by businesses and affiliates

Where do I begin? I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH.....PLEASE READ IN ITS ENTIRETY PRIOR TO CONTACTING ME! :) IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH THE SUGGESTED PAY PLAN, PLEASE DO NOT BID FIRST: I am a network marketer and have been for a number of years. I decided I wanted my own thing to promote, so I came up with a great concept that I know I can promote and do well with. I found a developer to work with and started my project. I have an existing site, it works and the developer did a good job, but it's not quite what I had in mind for my vision. (I will discuss my issues in detail should you decide to be a part of this) So, I came back here and looked around for someone that could help me out. I THOUGHT I found someone else, spent some more money and haven't heard back from him at all! I came back a THIRD time and found a great guy, unfortunately, he can no longer continue with this project. That being said, I am a new company in start up, capital is very low at present time. So I am offering the ONLY thing that I can at this time. If you will work with me, get this website up and running as quickly as possible, it will mean ONGOING residual income for some lucky freelancer. This means WAY more money than just being paid once. Obviously we can talk in detail if you are interested, but it's basically do the work now and as we grow you get paid every month. Then, the larger we grow, the more money you make. You could retire with me ;) SECOND: What I am looking for is an interactive membership website that will allow me to give training to members on a weekly basis. Members/affiliates will pay monthly to receive ongoing training as well as access to all of the information that I have for the site and the marketing tools that I want to provide. It should include a forum within the website so we can discuss things as a community as well as a home page that I can put new things on easily. The rest of the content will remain the same. If the home page content could then be archived to another page, for instance "Training" that would be optimal. I will provide all of this type of content, so I must be able to do this relatively easily. THIRD: I want to have a "Marketing Tool Suite" that my members can use to market their businesses and opportunities. The tools I am most interested in and this would have to include are: Lead Capture Page Generator w/ a couple of templates; Autoresponder System; Lead Management System; SMS Text; Email/Video Marketing. These tools should be EASY to use and flow for the members using them. I would also LOVE to have Social Media Management in the form of being able to auto post to Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. FOURTH: I am going to offer an affiliate program as well. The system that is designed should give EACH affiliate/member their OWN unique link so they can refer other people to my website. That being said, I will need a way to track ALL affiliates so I know how to pay them and all affiliates need to be able to see all of their referrals at least 2 levels deep. This way everyone can see what they are being paid and where it comes from. FIFTH: This whole system needs to work seamlessly together and due to the fact that I had planned to officially 2 MONTHS ago :), time is of the essence!
