Migration from Magento1 to Magnto2 and add a shipping matrix

hi Team,

i would like to migrate my site from Magento1 to Magento2, freelancer have to help me find the right shipping module and payment module regarding to our needs .

the new site should be Responsive

the freelancer have to host it to my dedicated server at Godaddy plate form and fixes all bugs, hosting server for LATEST VERSION of Magento with high performance.

i wanna add a shipping matrix working with specific zip codes in canada and personnalised for each product .

i wanna have the option of Interac e-Transfer in checkout in addition to all other (credit cards and paypal paiement options)

Possibly install other plugins.

We need to upgrade all our paiement system and freelancer must help me to find the right module that accepts interact e-transfert and major credit cards in Canada like visa and master card

There is some request like adding an extra charge on the total amount of the cart when customer choose to pay by credit card , like for example a 3% credit card fees .

Freelancer need to improuve a new shipping module working with multiple zip codes and for each specific products because we have multiple sizes of products and we would like to apply a specific shipping charge to each products .

We need A good freelancer with page speed optimization

. I need the SEO optimisation on the website done in the backend and full on and off page setup.
