Modification for Plugin "States, Cities, and Places for WooCommerce"

I am looking for a someone who can do this simple task of modifying the "States, Cities, and Places for WooCommerce". I am setting up my own online store website and want to use this plugin in my website so that in the woocommerce checkout page when the customer selects his State, the cities in that State is automatically populated to the City field. Now that this plugin is designed to select up to Cities, I want to add roads field to the plugin so that when the customer selects his City, all the roads in that city is loaded to the road field. By the way my store is for a single country and the states and cities are also not much so is the roads. The plugin has a separate folder for states and cities (places) where all the states and cities are entered and loaded through json when the respectable state is selected. Now I want to do the same with the roads. For which I want to add a folder for "roads" and enter all the roads in an array, so that when a city is selected, all the roads for the city is loaded to road field. There are woocommerce plugins which can do what I need for USD19 but the structure of this plugin "States, Cities, and Places for WooCommerce" is more preferable for me, so I am looking if it is possible to do this simple extension for this plugin for a small charge. As said before such a plugin is available for USD19, spending more than USD20-25 on this task is not worth for me. So if any of you could do this simple extension for a small fee, I would appreciate very much and look forward for your proposals.
