Modify posting permissions on WordPress Plugin

Hello,
We need a simple customization to the following Plugin:
Directories Pro - [login to view URL]
Currently anyone can post Reviews within a listing page. I want to prevent this from happening.
I need that ONLY the listing/post owner can publish reviews under his own listing page; and anyone can comment those reviews.
(The intention behind this is that we want to make the Reviews system more like a Company News system)
