Hi As you can see from my feedbacks I am a moodle expert with more than 8 years moodle experience and quite a few hundred moodle migrations already completed. Is not very clear from project descriptions which are the errors; if you are migrating the site, but you keep the old url; if you are doing an upgrade also during the migration; are you using Linux environment etc. Maybe you can give me a shout to discuss about it.
