I am looking for someone to develop a PC MP4/AVI/MOV to .webm Converter. That is will have a dedicated webpage for downloads and registration. The software will require user authentication for users and only one installation per PC. Users should be able to register online and after accounts are activated they can use the software by logging in and authenticating the pc and user status. The .webm output will have specific meta-data modification.
