Multi Page Form PHP Action

I have a multi page php form (5). The results do not submit how I want them to in the output logs.
I require each page to submit including the information from the previous form submitted and displayed in output log.

I don't quite understand why you split the form into many pages, when you could do it in a different way. In any case, how do you transfer and / or save data, when switching between pages? Post request? JSON? XML? De Daha Fazla
