Need an Android app for Fruits delivery

I need an andriod app and website (*) for fruits delivery (basic app with good functionality) Don't think it as big or as functional as Swiggy or Zomato. -- I need two logins in that app (Seller and Delivery boy) -- A website for Customers for their ordering purpose and an admin control page/setup as well obviously. -- Payment Gateway integration, SMS API integration, etc kind of things should be there. -- There will be two stages of work. First you will make the app(call it test app) based on requirements and give it to me and then I will test it from my end and if there is any bug or added requirement (mostly no..but still) I will notify you and after modifying or adding them you will do the final things to go live. --The explanation regarding what all I want is attached here by. Please read that and get back to me. However, only after a full 1 on 1 discussion, we shall proceed further. NOTE: --> I am strictly in my budget --> Main thing I want is that the app and website should be bug free (or as less as possible) and that's why I am going with basic functionality and limited requirements initially and of course it should be "at least" average looking but "not too worst" or too ugly to use --> As said earlier don't think it like building or cloning Swiggy or Zomato kind of apps.
