Job Description:
The goal of this project is to develop a CRM system for an SEO agency. The system should allow for the creation and management of profiles for clients and their tasks, as well as the import and capture of requests. Additionally, it should provide statistics and overviews of open leads, tasks, and revenues.
The following functions are planned:
Create profiles (admin)
When creating profiles, the area of competence can be selected. The user can only manage the area for which they are responsible.
Dashboard
The dashboard provides an overview of open leads, tasks, and revenues for setup fees and rankings.
Requests
There is the possibility to manually upload or capture requests. An overview of all leads is displayed. Customers who have confirmed are displayed in green. The customer can be reconfirmed by pressing a button. The customer then receives a confirmation email with an offer. After reconfirmation, the customer is prompted to submit FTP data and information. One day after reconfirmation, the invoice for the setup fee is created.
Customers
Here all customers who have confirmed are displayed. There is an overview of all customers, their categories, URLs, contact persons, emails, telephone numbers, number of keywords, ranking, contract duration, and notes. It is possible to edit customers, create tasks, and request FTP access. Contract changes are confirmed to the customer via email.
Customer report
Here, the last report can be viewed. It is possible to select the report by month and year and resend it with a button click.
Tasks
There is an overview of all tasks that can be assigned to profiles. Each user can create their own notes and only sees their own tasks.
Each employee can have their own email with a signature. The admin sees all emails.
Invoices
Here, an overview of all customers and invoices is displayed. Open invoices are marked with a 30-day notice.
