Need: Facebook pages API: "Page Public Content Access" screencast

I need help from someone who has experience requesting and working with Facebook APIs. I have a social exchange page (likes 4 likes or coins, similar to addmefast or kingdomlikes), to make the Facebook API work on my website I need their authorization.
I have created the API App on Facebook, however, to request approval I need to send a textual explanation (that's done), and an explanatory video (what I need right now).
This is the message that Facebook places to send the request:
"Provide a screencast that shows how data exchanged with our APIs is ultimately used by your app. For example, if your app pulls data from our APIs and feeds it into a CRM, show us how the CRM uses that data. I don't know how to do that or what to explain in that video, I don't have any experience or idea about it. I hope I can find someone who can help me with this.
