Need programmer with experience in PHP, MYSQL, and the Amazon API for existing site.

Explanation of Project I need someone who knows PHP/MYSQL and that has experience with the amazon api What is this Project going to be dealing with: This project is going to be working on the coding of a custom amazon program. This program does a variety of things such as pull in orders, generate Purchas orders, push purchase order via ftp, logs everything, reads my gmail to find invoice, receipts, and tracking numbers..... pulls tracking numbers and other data like shipping cost and item cost based on a logic records the info and pushes the tracking to amazon. The developers i had create it are too buzy to work with me so i am looking for a programmer who can help me fix a few things. This project is going to accomplish 4 goals 1. Repair logic that reads emails in search of data as it is not functioning well since vendor changed the email template 2. Change certains vendors from the logic to pull data (from email) to a ftp pull(tracking, confirm of order, totals)/push (order data) 3. Make sure values in P&L Reports are correct and pulling from the correct most efficient way 4.
