I'm looking for a WordPress plugin, let me explain what I need it to do.
In the backend, I should be able to create a button with a backend title, button text, and an "inventory". Users would enter their name and email address and click the button.
This sends me an email that says: [name] has claimed [button backend title]. The reply-to email would be the one entered into the form.
The second this is submitted, the inventory goes down 1 number.
Once the inventory reaches 0, the button will change to a second button text that I have entered into the backend.
I should be able to use a shortcode to place these buttons anywhere on the website I want, with also the opportunity to edit and delete already created buttons.
Here's an example of how it would work:
I send out an email for a black dress. I tell customers there are only 4 available, please visit [login to view URL] to claim!
4 people immediately head over, enter their name and email and push the 'claim' button.
When the 5th person tries to claim it, the button has now changed from Claim Now to Sold Out.
I will also add some text manually that says "If Sold Out, add your information to be a backup"
I can then email the 4 people that claimed it and send them an invoice.
This should be very easy to use and have a clean design.
