Online Shop - increased budget!

REPOSTED AS I GAVE WRONG BUDGET! We need a shopping cart for a client who sells blinds for windows. Users will need to browse site for a blind - then choose colour from java pop up or similar. They will then choose length and drop - this will determine the final price ie 200cm by 200cm = 30 200cm by 150cm = 15 There may also be price diffences depending on what material they want the blind in. They need to be able to choose different categories and enter products through a web interface with shipping added at the end. Ideally we would like a freelancer to supply this who has code almost ready from other projects to keep cost down. Good luck!
