OpenCart 3.0.2.0 extra functionality

I need the attached design implemented onto the already existing extension that I have on OpenCart 3.0.2.0. I will send that to you so you can make your changes on top of that. The project has a couple parts, see attached document : - A manufacturer review score (average of all their products score) - A commission/deposit %. (So customer doesn’t pay full price, they pay % of price now, and rest as cash to vendor directly) - A user needs to be linked to a particular vendor. Current extension (codebase) will be provided along with database schema. I, myself, am a senior software engineer but do not have time to develop this myself. This means, I’m looking for high quality code that is easy to read and maintain, not just a working UI. As such, before releasing of payment for project, I will be asking to see the code and will perform testing and a code review on it. I will not accept code that looks like it’s written by a high school student. I will debug your code, and make sure it works properly and has no bugs and handles all errors correctly. If you want to finish quicker and get paid sooner, PLEASE DEBUG YOUR CODE. Save us both the time.
