Oscommerce Expert Needed to Fix Problems with site

I am in urgent need of an osommerce expert to fix problems i am having with my website [url removed, login to view]
1. The Affiliate system. It does not register credit
card payment. I HAVE customer Who said i owe him
$1750 in affiliate comission because someone made an
order with money order for $12000. Please make the
affilate program give a fixed amount of $10 for money
orders and 10% commision for credit card. I need the
affiliate program to work with worldpay.
2. I need World Pay Credit Card Orders to regiter in Orders
Admin Section. Please find some way to fix this. I do
not know what any of my credit card customers have
orderd.
3. All of the order receipts sent to my customer go to
junk mail, so i dont belive they are getting there
receipts from there orders. I need this fixed, I will
lose lots of money because of this, my customer will
not know where to send check/money order payments.
4. Banner rotation on the front page does not seem to
work. I need this fixed.
6. when i transate information into other languages it does not show
in other languages. Only some info will show. I need this fixed.
7. add a way to download all orders into text format with all order information.
8. Way to add multiple products to the site at once from admin.
9. A way to add sizes to new products i am adding to catalog.
