OSTicket: add PC Hostname on ticket view

Dear all, I would like to have a functional addition on open source OSTicket Ticketing Software, as described below. HOW THE TICKETING SOFTWARE WORKS FOR ME OSTicket Ticketing Software is a software where a user or non-user can send support tickets to me and my team so we can resolve them. Ways to create tickets: 1. "Web": from OSTicket "create ticket page" by pressing "Create Ticket" button. You may find the "create ticket page" by adding "/scp" to the OSTicket Management Page URL. 2. "Email" by sending email to a specific email address, configured in OSTicket Admin Panel. WHAT I NEED When i login to the OSTicket Management Page to see the open tickets and i open a ticket to read it, i can see some details regarding the user created the ticket (eg. user name, user email, source / type of ticket creation "Web" or "Email", source IP, etc). What extra i need to see is the specific pc Hostname (name of user pc) so i can directly connect to this pc and resolve the problem the user has. In PHP there is a function getHostname() that can do this job, i only need someone to place it in the right page so that it can be saved in the database and be displayed in the "view ticket" page. REQUIREMENTS 1. PC Hostname to be shown in "view ticket" page, below the "Source" field. The PC Hostname must be the name of the pc from where the user submitted his ticket. 2. This should be available both from tickets created from "Web" and "Email". 3. I prefer to do it without database changes, if this can be achieved, if database changes are needed it is ok but let me know if i have this option. 4. I use the latest version of OSTicket, so you can download it from the website and install it. 5. Create a detailed step-by-step manual to give me instructions how to do it myself, as i cannot give you access to my ticketing system. Please have screenshots and commented code and describe exactly where i should locate each piece of code (file and line). Also, send me all changes files to double check my changes.
