PHP Dev for Web Scraper Dashboard

We've built a web scraper and looking for someone to build the dashboard (aka frontend) to access the data. We're not using an external framework to build this so you must be comfortable with that. Writing code for a custom in-house PHP SaSS application with limited external framework use. ? Troubleshoot and fix any issues relating to PHP programs. ? Adhere to project timelines and communicate with the project manager early and often. ? Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers. ? Research, suggest and implement development best practices. ? Assess new plugins, frameworks, applications, and platforms for an optimal development workflow. ? Solid written and verbal communication skills. ? Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules. ? Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges. Requirements ? Understanding of Data Structures in PHP (BST, Union Find, BIT). ? Understanding of Searching (Linear, Binary and Ternary search). ? Understanding of Sorting Algorithms (Selection Sort, Quick Sort etc) and String Algorithms (Rabin-Karp, Boyr-Moore etc) ? Fundamental understanding of PHP design patterns (Creational, Structural, Behavioral) how they are implemented and what they are used for. Including knowledge of the variety of each pattern and experience using them. ? Understanding of MVC (Model View Controller) Design pattern. ? Advanced knowledge of OOP (Namespaces, Inheritance, Interfaces & Abstract Classes, Traits, Class Reflection, Inheritance Scope and Late Static Binding, Overloading & Magic Methods). ? Understanding of Iterators and Interfaces. ? Understanding of Reading, Writing XML and XPath. ? Knowledge of Web Services & APIs (SOAP & REST). ? Experience with writing APIs (SOAP & REST). ? Experience with Regular Expression in relation to advanced conditional matching. ? Fundamental understanding of the difference between comparison operators. ? PHP 8.0 Knowledge and understanding of core principles. ? Proven software development experience in PHP. ? Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP. ? Understanding accessibility and security compliance. ? Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions. ? Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc ? Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services. ? Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages. ? Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Ebay etc) ?
