php & PDO issue

We got a php script that runs on pdo system
it is a web game based on mysql threads ,
now lets say we got 100 task war , execution time between each one of them is 3 s , this will work normally without issues as long as they are not at same time
now , lets say we got 3 players
each of them performed 50 task , 30 of them supposed to end at same time , here where the issue happens
the communication between the script and database become slower and threads are not auto proceed when thats happen for some reason
we need to fix this bug , no delay must occur and the tasks must be executed once their time is done
