We need a PHP + WordPress Plugin expert who's good at both solving challenging technical problems AND who is friendly, polite, and communicative with our customers.
This is a customer support role, so looking for someone who has both good people skills and good technical skills.
In this role, you'll be responding to new helpdesk tickets on a daily basis and helping customers to troubleshoot why plugins that they've purchased are not working on their site. This job requires solid experience building and maintaining WordPress plugin code, so I'm not looking for someone who calls themselves a "developer" but doesn't know how to work with complex PHP code.
Please provide a link to some sample PHP WordPress code that you've written in order to be accepted. We're looking for someone with code that is well commented, neat, and logical to understand. Knowledge of git is very helpful as well.
The job will be 5 hours per week minimum, and possibly more as thing get busier down the road.
