PHP Zend Developer -- 2

My application is developed in PHP, Zend framework and uses MySQL Database. Key modules of the system are Procurement, Contract Management, Supplier Invoicing Management, Supplier Management, Intranet, Employee Performance Appraisal, Leave Management, Tasks & Project Management. I have developed these modules myself but now I need to focus on selling and therefore I need an extra hand to assist in improving the system and support. Attached are Controller and Model for Leave system and one view page. It will give you an idea of the structure and coding style and complexity of the system. I would like someone with with good experience in PHP and MVC (preferably Zend framework). As this will be an ongoing relationship, my expectation is that you will learn the system and be able to implement changes fast. Experience in ERP systems is an added advantage and so is the ability to bring out-of-the-box thinking. Besides the changes I request for, I expect you to apply your own mind and suggest improvements to the system. I also I look to redo the user interface in the near future.
