Dear all,
I need to scrape data from one public site about financial data.
PROJECT 1 - WEBSCRAPING
1) SELECTION
the site: [login to view URL]
here some guidelines for what we need:
Background: The site collects alla financial expenditures of Italian towns
Tipo ente: select comune
Anno: we need from 1998 to 2015
Tipo certificato: select contabilita dpr 194/96
Codice ente: use the attached list (look at column C & D. If you do not find anything with CODICE ENTE 1, use CODICE ENTE 2. if you still find issues with codice ente, let me know.)
Nome ente: not needed if you use codice ente
2) WHAT WE NEED
QUADRO 4 - in the page there are 3 big tables, we need the rows from each table with the following labels:
Asili nido, servizi per l'infanzia e per i minori
Scuola materna
Totale (in some pages you find Totali with i and non e, maybe you can use Total as criteria)
QUADRO 5 - in the page there are 3 big tables, we need the rows from each table with the following labels:
Asili nido, servizi per l'infanzia e per i minori
Scuola materna
Totale (in some pages you find Totali with i and non e, maybe you can use Total as criteria)
QUADRO 14 - all information about the table "Asili Nido". Take into account that (1) the position of this table changes over years but not within years and (2) in some years there are more rows than in other years. Note that from 2007 the rows of asili nido are more than in the previous years.
3) PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Let me know the cost per row. I anticipate that I have to be sure about data entry. Hence, once you will have my go for the work, we have to find a schedule that allows me to check the data entry.
