i am looking for database management system, i have a fully populated database which mostly needs data outputting with a few parts needing uodating and inserting, i have a theme i would like to use, and also a portal which i would like mine to be very similar to, just reading and updating database, data must be out putted via ajax with updates every 5 secs,

must use pdo, and be written neatly so easy to read and update, ideally convert theme into template files and use a custom mvc framework,i would like this to be kept small and neat.

time is of the essence, the quicker this can be wrote the better, dont bid if cant start straight away and dont bid if your busy with other projects.
