I hope that you are doing well. You have helped me on a few projects in the past and I was wondering how much you would charge to make a revenue calculator similar to this one:

I have a Wordpress plugin called E&P form builder, which I have laid out some of the steps, but can not get the calculator to work. I can give you login access if needed. Here is what I have so far, but it is not completely functional: [url removed, login to view]

Would you recommend using the E&P plugin or creating something from scratch that will work with Wordpress?
