Workdays will be set at Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week unless otherwise arranged. A to-do list will be sent on or before Monday.
The full 24 hours per week will be used only toward coding and communication with the project provider (Breaks, sleeping, eating and other activities are not to be considered part of this project) until the to-do list is completed. Time can be allocated in any way that h114 thinks appropriate provided that deadlines are met on time.
If items appear to require more time than the 24 hours, they can be removed by agreement between h114 and the project provider. The project provider reserves the right to add on additional items to the list.
In exchange h114 will receive $120 per week plus 5% of Gross Receipts per month.
Payment will occur on every Wednesday or as early as the to-do list is completed, or if other working arrangements have been made, on some other (agreed upon) day of the week.
Bonus payments will occur on the last day of the month from which they have been calculated, or the first day of the following month.
