Project for AJ part1

The project consists in detecting the color of a traffic light coming from a Dahua camera (H.264) and avi video file for make easier to test the detection. The software must detect the (red, and green light) when it change the color. The sector where the traffic light is should be selected to make the software more fast in the light detection. The software must have a button to configure the region where the traffic light is. The software must draw a box around the traffic light over the video just to show that it´s detects the traffic light with a label in the right side indicating the color.
