Need Python 3 script (that can run in Windows and Linux filesystems) and will take a configuration file description and transform a list of large CSV text files (in folders defined by wildcards and regex pattern) by specific rules such as converting date/time formats, changing order of date rows and column orders. Also, to merge, summarize and split CSV files according to rules specified in the configuration file. There are about a dozen different types of rules. CSV files are simple timeseries with date/time column and usually numerical value columns. Ideally, using Pandas library as the way for working with the CSV files. Hello, I'm an expert on pandas and for the simple transformations you are looking to have performed on the csv files pandas is the perfect tool. Can you let me know how large the csv files are?
