Read the index file from subdirectory folder for wordpress

I am looking for a freelancer who are expert with coding on PHP and CSS for wordpress. I have created a subdomain with subdirectory folder as I would like to read the [url removed, login to view] file from public_html folder but there are CSS files that are missing as I have found that it have got the wrong links. I have attached the example [url removed, login to view] for the subdomain that I am currently using to linking with the [url removed, login to view] in the public_html folder. If you can do it to get it all working again which that include with reading on my blog posts I would be happy to reward you $30. You must use teamviewer on my computer to fix the issue so I could trust you to work with you. I have had few freelancers who said they could do it but wasted my time and money.
