FREE LISTING FORM

When a client lists their business in our directory via this form, we want to receive a notification email. Their listing will automatically be submitted to the database with the column ‘active’ in a default setting ‘n’ for no. Presently the default is ‘y’ for yes. In other words their listing will not show up in the directory until we receive the email and review the listing, then we manually turn the listing on by changing the status of ‘active’ column to ‘y’.
On the form itself insert asterisks beside the required fields.
OPPORTUNITY FORM

Repair submission so that it goes to the appropriate email address.

CONTACT US FORM

We need this form shortened. Limited to first name, last name, company, phone, email, website and comment box. All fields are required fields except website so we want an asterisk beside each item. This form will submit to the appropriate email address.
COLUMN NAME CHANGE
On the MySQL database the column ‘webpage’ needs to be changed to ‘verified’. This column will indicate for each listing whether or not a business’s status (address, phone # & etc) has been checked.
