Require operational script and GUI for Python script

I already have a python script written, that I want to get operational and with a very simple interface. I am hoping to have a python file that I can run, it installs what is required (if required), and then will pop up with a graphical interface (simple design) that will allow me to enter simple details to search. I need you to understand the script that is written, get it operational, and then design a simple interface for it.
Should not be a difficult task, I just don't have the time to do it.
Need to be proficient in Python, need this task within the next 24 hours, and also, to make sure you are still paying attention, I would like for you to tell me the score of the Manchester united vs Brentford score this morning.
