Reservation Planner loading program

I'm looking to organize a b&b planner. Actually I'm using an excel realized on google sheets. It works good, but I need to authomate the reservation loading. Need a program who connect to the channel manager where download a list of reservation and organize that in the google planner. Need a program that can manage this situation: The "Double Room" are 3 units and I need the system organize the planning of these 3 rooms. Whatch the atachment (example1) there you will see 6 columns. Each one is a room and the first 3 columns are 3 double rooms. The job must also manage the cancellation. The source file with the information to load and remove is in attachment and also an example of the calendar on google sheets that we are using. The program have to load the reservation provided by the reservation system and load on the planner. The program must be able in managing the reservation. --Example. Today arrive a reservation for the double room check in 09/10 check out 13/10 The system must be able in moving the existing reservations to get in the new one and finding the best combination. In our example it should move "pippo" to the column ST3. Are also welcome offer for realizing wordpress planner.
