Job Description:
I need an app for use with storage unit properties that is modeled after storedge that integrates with existing free open source accounting/crm/erp software such as Oodo, Nolapro, etc. It will be capable of being hosted on Linux servers and have a web interface. It will also support multiple locations for the same user. The selected underlying software should include full accounting capabilities.
The deliverable will include a sales website for this software that will allow the purchaser to do the following :
Note 1: Once the customer creates their account, my server will automatically be configured to host their website and the management software
Note 2: I would like the same freelancer to develop the gate controller software.
1. Establish a user account
2. Set up automatic payment
3. Register a domain name
4. Select from website templates
a. Edit the their website template easily

1. Retrieve lost gate code
x. Enter recurring payment info

c. Print a rental agreement for customer to sign or have them sign it digitally in the office
Admin Level Interface
1. Set unit prices by size
2. Upload agreement forms
3. Upload notifications
4. Search customers
5. Configure software to automatically send payment reminders for accounts not paid
6. Manually or automatically lock customers out of gate and prohibit them for changing their gate code
7. See graphical representation of full and empty units
8. Set payment batch processing parameters including processing
9. Generate reports
a. Standard financial reports
b. Length of stay by unit size
c. Unit vacancies by size
d. Average days of vacancies by size
e. Percentage of units occupied
