I have gone through the HotelBeds API documentation, and it looks like a straight-forward process... 1. Set up a daily cron job to trigger a PHP script for fetching the relevant data. 2. The fetch script can optionally have logic for ETL operations. Overall it will perform the add/update operation to the DB of your choice. 3. The process will have error handling and notification.
